The Well Welcomes New Food Stalls

The Well, a food hall on Pikes Peak Ave. in Colorado Springs, will welcome four new food stalls in Feb. 2023. The stalls Dun Sun, Noble Burger, and Kumbala Pozoleria & Barbacoa opened with The Well in the spring of 2022 and closed for business in Dec. 2022. The former stalls will be replaced by Colorado-based eateries:

  • Formosa Bites: a Taiwanese street food stall that previously operated as a food truck in the area. It will feature familiar and new interpretations of traditional dishes, including potstickers, red chili oil wontons, and popcorn chicken.
  • Sivar Central American Cuisine: Sivar makes its debut at The Well offering delicious Central American food favorites like empanadas, plantains and pupusas along with starters, specials and a Sunday brunch menu.
  • Tossed: For a healthy and delicious meal, Tossed specializes in salads, wraps, soups and other healthy bites.

These new installations come with The Well’s ongoing renovations. With them, guests can expect the same anchor restaurant, the Gift Horse Bar and Cafe, along with rotating food trucks on the food hall’s outdoor patio and the potential for more mobile and outdoor dining options.

The Well will also welcome Shovel Ready, a capstone culinary hospitality creative workforce program giving students hands-on experience in the culinary space.
