Founded in 1978 in Palo Alto, California, Mountain Mike’s Pizza has grown to more than 250 stores across the western United States in states including Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Arizona. Capitalizing on its rapid growth, the pizzeria signed three development deals to bring Mountain Mike’s Pizza to Colorado Springs.
The restaurant prides itself on its homely, welcoming atmosphere and dedication to high-quality, fresh ingredients. Customers will find a selection of classic pizzas, like cheese and pepperoni, and specialty pizzas, such as the Pikes Peak, an all-meat pie piled high with sausage, pepperoni, beef, salami and ham on top of red sauce.
In addition to pizzas, customers can also enjoy additional pizza shop favorites, such as wings, salads and oven-baked sandwiches.
Owners Isaac and Allie Brandon haven’t yet decided where to open the Colorado Springs locations, but eager customers can keep an eye out on Mountain Mike’s Pizza website for news and updates.
