Who’s Your Healthcare Hero?

Is there a medical professional in the Pikes Peak region who has made a life-changing impact in your life or someone you know during the past year?

Springs magazine will feature profiles of these Healthcare Heroes, highlighting the compelling stories of doctors, nurses, therapists and others in the medical field who are making a difference in the Colorado Springs community. You are invited to submit a nomination below.

Individuals selected as Healthcare Heroes will be honored and celebrated at a dinner event in the fall. Sponsorships and tables will be available to purchase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Springs magazine’s Healthcare Heroes judging committee reserves the right to decline a nomination if he or she does not meet the basic criteria.
• Up to 3 nominations per organization allowed.
• Nominations are due by June 21, 2019.
• $25 nomination fee (fee goes toward cost of selected Heroes ticket to Healthcare Heroes celebration dinner.
