Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center
Mother’s Day Brunch is back at the Fine Arts Center, featuring a bountiful buffet at Taste with breakfast pastries, salads, charcuterie, an omelet bar, assorted breakfast and lunch foods, a prime rib carving station and desserts. Seatings are at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:45 p.m. Make a card for mom at the craft station and make time to explore the museum. Get tickets for a matinee performance of Jagged Little Pill in the theater for an extra-artsy Mother’s Day.

This downtown standout restaurant is hosting a special Mother’s Day brunch featuring a curated a la carte menu, four-course brunch tasting and drink pairings with plays on brunch classics and beverages.

The Broadmoor
Celebrate Mother’s Day in high style at The Broadmoor’s impressive and abundant Mother’s Day brunch buffet. Of course there are Benedicts, omelets, pastries and any breakfast dish you might imagine. But the showstopping, chef-attended stations also include sushi, oysters on the half shell, charcuterie, carved prime rib, salads, Thai fried rice and more. As if all the dessert pastries weren’t enough, don’t miss the Bananas Foster, the chocolate fountain or the cotton candy station. This special menu is only available on Mother’s Day.
Roth’s Sea and Steak
Roth’s hosts its first Mother’s Day brunch this year. The buffet will feature a seasonal menu by Chef Ricky Biswas highlighting fresh spring flavors and vibrant ingredients. There is also a make-your-own bouquet station and build-your-own bloody mary or mimosa selections.

Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar
The downtown sustainable seafood spot opens early on May 10 for a special Mother’s Day brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with moms receiving a complimentary glass of bubbly. Expect Crab Cake Benedict, Blackened Shrimp & Grits, beignets, Nicoise Tuna Salad and French toast, plus the full raw bar.
Pamela’s
Head to Hotel Polaris where the Mother’s Day buffet at Pamela’s pairs panoramic mountain views with a spread that includes everything from chilled shrimp and prime rib to a chef-attended crepe station. Plus, there’s a build-your-own bouquet bar hosted in Ascend Spa & Wellness.

Celebrate Mother’s Day in full bloom on the flower farm. Gather Mountain Blooms is hosting a Mother’s Day Garden Party in the big red barn at Venetucci Farm. The festivities include a charcuterie brunch, a hands-on garden craft for a take-home keepsake, four flower starts to take home and plant and time to wander and enjoy the beauty. Bring Mom, Grandma, sisters and friends and make some memories together. The event runs Saturday and Sunday, May 9-10, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

ViewHouse in Colorado Springs is serving a Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet that includes a complimentary rose and a mom-osa for moms plus a beautiful buffet featuring seafood towers, meat carving stations, fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets and more.
Mountain View Restaurant at Cheyenne Mountain Resort
Treat your mom to brunch at Cheyenne Mountain Resort’s Mountain View Restaurant. The beautiful mountain views make for a special dining experience, and the abundant Mother’s Day Buffet Brunch menu includes stations for French toast, omelets, eggs Benedicts, waffles, carving stations and more. Seatings are at 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

All aboard for Mother’s Day weekend, May 9-10. The two-hour journey through the Royal Gorge runs multiple daily departures, with First Class Lunch and Dinner trains featuring a Surf & Turf three-course experience or casual 403 Grill service aboard Vista Dome, Deluxe and Coach cars. There’s even a laser light show through the canyon on Saturday’s 6:30 p.m. train.
The Mona Lisa
Moms eat free May 8-11 at Manitou’s favorite fondue spot. Note that you have to purchase two four-course meals to get the freebie for Mom. But take the whole family for a fun fondue meal and you’re making a standout memory too.

The Glen Eyrie Mother’s Day Tea is already fully booked for Mother’s Day weekend. It’s that popular. But you can still book high tea in the castle for another Wednesday through Sunday. The spring menu is fit for a queen, featuring the likes of lavender honey cheesecake scones, smoked salmon canapés, roast beef and watercress sandwiches and a wide assortment of teas and more.

Step back in time at one of the oldest homes in Colorado Springs, and this tea experience includes a tour. There will be two seatings on May 9. You should definitely wear a fancy hat.
