The owner of 3E’s Comedy Club in downtown Colorado Springs, Eric Phillips, has plans to open a second location in the Interquest area. 3E’s Comedy Club North is planned to go in at the Victory Ridge development with an adjacent restaurant called Crispy Bacon.
Crispy Bacon will be a breakfast and lunch restaurant. And while it doesn’t have a set menu yet, diners can expect omelets and breakfast fare, along with sandwiches and other lunch items. There will not be dinner service so as to not interfere with 3E’s comedy shows.
Crispy Bacon will be housed in its own space as part of the new comedy club location. It will accommodate between 50 and 60 seats.
