Located at C.O.A.T.I in Downtown Colorado Springs, husband and wife team Travares and Chantal Lucas plan to open a second Luchal’s location in Fountain with a target date of September or October.
Known for its “Southern soulful seafood, Luchal’s menu is designed to be sustainable and gluten-free, catering to a wide range of dietary needs and preferences. The overall focus of the menu at Luchal’s is seafood with Cajun American influences, featuring menu items like fresh oysters, pastas, crab cakes and shrimp cocktail in addition to grouper and snapper dishes.
With the unique menu, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service established at Luchal’s current location, the new opening is poised to become a fast favorite. Watch for Luchal’s food truck set up at the new location in the meantime.
