Pop Kitchen and Events, a dynamic new eatery on the Westside, is brewing excitement as a dual coffee- and teahouse and culinary incubator. The innovative concept is located in Old Colorado City at the site of the former Agia Sophia coffeehouse.
By day, Pop is a cozy coffee bar and teahouse, offering a welcoming atmosphere for patrons to enjoy a range of coffees, teas and tearoom-style lunch. By night, the space transitions into a shared kitchen, catering to the needs of new and emerging food entrepreneurs in the city. Chefs and culinary enthusiasts can use the space to cook a private dinner, experiment with new menu items, host small events and more.
Pop is owned and operated by Amy Kunstle, who has a background in nutrition and speech pathology and attends culinary school at Pikes Peak State College. Pop Kitchen and Events is a culmination of her experience, passion and desire to cultivate collaboration, innovation and community.
