Urban Egg

Randy Price, the visionary behind Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group, and his wife, Liz, stand as the dynamic duo at the helm of one of the Springs’ most popular breakfast spots, Urban Egg, a Daytime Eatery. Earlier this year, the couple partnered with an equity group, paving the way for an ambitious plan to expand Urban Egg’s footprint, targeting the establishment of 35 to 40 new locations of the coming years.

Amid their forward-thinking expansion endeavors, the Prices remain committed to creating a restaurant culture that cultivates a supportive and thriving community for current and future employees.

But, before any new eateries pop up, the Price’s have decided to focus on the Downtown Colorado Springs location for a significant transformation. The Urban Egg will close its doors on Dec. 4 for a renovation project that promises to usher in a fresh and exciting new look. Reopening in March 2024, the renovation will include a new bar, a living wall and revamped booth and seating options.
