All the Parade of Homes Award Winners

Here are all the standouts from this year’s Parade of Homes, and there’s plenty of inspiration to be found in these beautiful new homes.

There was a time in my life when my parents would load the family into the car for a Sunday drive through suburban Atlanta neighborhoods. Sometimes there might be an open house where we would walk through and look around someone else’s home. My brother and I were most interested in whether or not there were any good toys to see, and we were always ready to leave before my parents. Later in life I realized that Mom and Dad were scouting around for a new home. For them, the fun was in seeing new ideas for living spaces, decor, neighborhoods, builders and more. It’s too bad they didn’t have the Parade of Homes.

Each year the Parade of Homes highlights many homes all over Colorado Springs, providing a tour of open houses to explore. It’s an excellent way to see new homes and model homes across the price spectrum, whether you’re actively in the market to buy a new home, planning to build or buy in the future, or simply wanting to find inspiration for your decor or living space arrangement. The three-week event showcases the latest trends from affordable living to luxury dream homes, complete with every amenity imaginable. This year’s Parade of Homes featured 32 homes from 16 builders, ranging in price from the $300s to the $3 millions.

The Parade of Homes also has a contest built in. Participants vote on the People’s Choice Awards and the Housing and Building Association (HBA) chooses winners of the Industry Awards. Those winners were announced by the HBA at an Awards Banquet on Oct. 1. Here is a rundown of those winner from the Parade of Homes Awards 2025.
