Are you inclined to do the Manitou Incline? Then you’re going to love having a new cafe a half-mile down Ruxton Avenue from the trailhead. Located alongside Ruxton creek, the IncliNation Cafe bills itself as a “cafe inspired by the Incline — built for connection, creativity and elevation.”
There’s a duality to the IncliNation Cafe, and it is the first of a combination of concepts. The cafe held its grand opening on May 8, 2026. Still to come is The Bailout and Groove Lounge. Together, they are designed to be “your ultimate companion for conquering the Manitou Incline. From pre-dawn espresso to post-hike bliss.” They are also co-founded by Kat Tudor, the Manitou visionary behind the Sunwater Spa, SunMountain Center and Smokebrush Foundation, and Christel Aime, who logged 1,000 laps of the Incline in 2021.
The cafe’s menu includes coffee, tea and boba drinks, along with pastries, bagels, an OG Breakfast Burrito and bowls — power foods to propel you up the Incline.
The Bailout will provide the spa elements, offering post-hike recovery massages, saunas and sound baths. It will also host late night events. Altogether, the design promises sunrise to midnight food, drinks, spa services and events built around an Incline community.
Aime has also created an Incline Trackers app to log Incline climbs, track your pace and earn exclusive rewards.
The IncliNation Cafe is now open 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.It has already begun hosting events, such as Salsa Night.
Watch for The Bailout to open around the end of 2026.
