Atrevida Beer Company Closing

Colorado’s first Latina-owned brewery is shutting down with a final fiesta.

It was not quite two months ago that we published Atrevida Serves Beer for All, featuring Jessica and Rich Fierro and Colorado’s first Latina-owned brewery. The small but popular local brewery celebrated eight years on Cinco de Mayo. Sadly, the Fierros announced this week on social media that they have come to the difficult decision to close Atrevida at the end of June.

In true Atrevida style, there will be special events daily to gather community. And an Atrevida Adios Party will happen on June 20, 3-9 p.m., with a mariachi band, food, lots of beer and a DJ.

Here is the Fierro’s announcement in their Instagram post. Cheers to Jess, Rich and Atrevida! We are sorry to see you go.
