If it’s Tuesday during the summer, that means food trucks on the lawn at the Pioneers Museum. The culinary gathering has become a popular weekly staple, and it’s back again this year, serving June 2 through Tuesday, Aug. 25. The only exception is July 7, when the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum will be closed for a schedule furlough day.
Each week 12 rotating food trucks serve a variety of meals, snacks and desserts from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
“Food Truck Tuesday has become an annual tradition in downtown Colorado Springs,” says Matt Mayberry, Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum Director. “We invite the community to come out every Tuesday for good food, fun and fellowship.”
