Discover What’s Possible at the 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes

Whether you’re looking for a new home, planning a project, seeking design ideas or just curious about what’s out there, the Parade of Homes will introduce you to inspired possibility.

For 72 years, the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes has invited visitors to step inside, discover new ideas, and experience the craftsmanship of local builders and trades. Whether you’re planning your dream home, gathering ideas for a remodel, or simply love great design, the Parade is where local inspiration comes to life.

Think of it as a Pinterest board, only better. Instead of just saving ideas online, you’re invited to explore the homes up close and imagine what’s possible in the Pikes Peak region.

One of the longest continuously operating Parade of Homes events in the country, the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is presented by the Colorado Springs Housing & Building Association, a trade association representing the builders, tradespeople, and industry professionals who create quality housing throughout the Pikes Peak region. By attending the Parade, visitors are supporting the local professionals and businesses that contribute to our economy, create jobs, and help shape the communities where we live.

Behind every Parade home is a team of local builders and their partners working together to bring each vision to life. As visitors tour homes, they’ll experience the craftsmanship and collaboration behind these spaces, many of which are built and debuted specifically for the Parade.

What to Expect at This Year’s Parade of Homes

This year, the Parade will showcase 34 homes throughout El Paso and Teller counties, highlighting a range of housing styles and possibilities. From luxury custom homes and innovative designs to multigenerational homes and new community concepts, visitors can explore the many ways today’s homes are designed to support their lifestyle.

Not looking for a home? No problem. Discover design ideas and features you can bring into your own space, including beautiful outdoor living, smart-home technology, and upcoming design trends. Whether planning a project or simply curious about what’s possible, the Parade offers plenty to explore.

For prospective homebuyers, the Parade of Homes takes the guesswork out of exploring the options. With 34 homes organized into one event, visitors can compare floor plans, neighborhoods, and building styles side by side rather than navigating the process on their own. Each home is staffed by the builder’s team, providing an opportunity to ask questions and learn more.

As attendees tour, they’ll be encouraged to vote for their favorites. Each year, featured builders compete for awards recognizing excellence in design, craftsmanship, innovation, and presentation. These awards celebrate the creativity and skill of the professionals who make each home unique. The People’s Choice Award offers special recognition from Parade goers who experienced the homes firsthand.
