The Promenade Shops at Briargate are growing with a series of upgrades that include new stores, a new restaurant and some expanding retailers.
“Our vision and merchandising strategy remain focused on introducing highly desired brands and fresh experiences to Colorado Springs,” says Lara Silversmith, director of leasing strategy at Asana Partners, the retail real estate firm that owns the shopping center. “These openings and expansions reinforce The Shops as the region’s premier lifestyle destination while giving guests even more reasons to shop, dine and gather throughout the year.”
