Matthew Schniper

Matthew Schniper is an award-winning, independent food-and-drink journalist and podcaster. He publishes Side Dish with Schniper, a free, weekly e-newsletter, and co-hosts the Tap&Table podcast in partnership with Focus on the Beer. He’s the former, longtime food & drink editor and critic at the Colorado Springs Independent. Matthew also co-founded the Culinary Colorado Springs Facebook group, and spent a decade in the hospitality industry prior to his newspaper career.
