Luis Miguel Martin and executive chef Manuel Pacheco, the owners of two Miguel’s Mexican Bar and Grill restaurants, have launched a new concept. Their Aspen American Bar and Grill is now open in the former Flatiron’s American Bar and Grill.
Unlike the restaurateurs’ previous endeavors, the new concept is not a Mexican-inspired eatery but a steak and seafood restaurant with a menu that includes lamb, barbecue ribs, appetizers, salads and burgers. Aspen American Bar and Grill also features an extensive wine collection and artisan cocktails for diners to enjoy.
Aspen American Bar and Grill offers indoor seating in addition to tables on the outdoor heated patio. The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and late night bites. It also offers catering.
