Launched in November, Randy and Sarah Hickey’s BC’s Barbecue food truck promises a delicious dive into the world of Texas BBQ that promises an authentic and savory experience with hyper-local meat.
The menu features classic barbecue favorites, including pulled pork sandwiches, brisket and ribs with traditional sides, like potato salad and mac n’ cheese. And there are some unique items that appeal, such as Beef Cheeks, Pueblo Chile Cheddar Sausage and Cauliflower Burnt Ends. BC’s Barbecue also offers BBQ tacos, jalapeno slaw and specials.
For those looking to share the barbecue love with family and friends, BC’s Barbecue offers family meals to fee everyone. The food truck also caters events, bringing that Texas BBQ taste to gatherings, parties and celebrations.
