Downtown scores big with the arrival of The Sportsbook Bar & Grill beneath the SpringHill Suites and Element hotels. The locally owned sports bar and restaurant is opening its fourth location in Colorado, following three locations in metro Denver.

Designed to feel like a neighborhood gathering place where everyone feels at home, The Sportsbook combines the excitement of game day with the comfort of a favorite local hangout. It’s a new spot to cheer on football, soccer, basketball, rugby, UFC, baseball and other favorite sports with a high-energy atmosphere built for fans.

“We’re excited to open in downtown Colorado Springs and become part of the neighborhood,” says co-owner Jeremy Malone. “We’ve created a space where people can come together to cheer on their favorite teams, enjoy great food and drinks and feel connected to the energy of downtown. We’re looking forward to welcoming both locals and visitors and becoming a go-to gathering place for game days, big fights and nights out with friends.”

The full-service bar and restaurant features wall-to-wall TVs, making it easy to catch all those big plays, fights and championship moment. The sports action pairs with a wide-ranging menu of sports bar favorites, including shareable appetizers, burgers, fresh salads, wraps, mac ‘n cheese and more. The beverage menu includes bottled and draft beer selections, including pitchers perfect for game-day gatherings. You’ll also find specialty cocktails, such as a Loaded Bloody Mary with housemade Spicy Pickle vodka, an Espresso Martini, and a Michelada Mexican lager paired with their Loaded Bloody Mary mix.

The Sportsbook also features an extensive Happy Hour from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, including: $1 off all drafts, $3 Pickle Shots, $3.75 Wells, $4.25 House wine, $4 Fireball, $5 Jack Daniels and $5.25 Dulce Vida Tequila.

The grand opening celebration happens Friday, June 5 at 4 p.m., and the public is invited to experience the city’s newest destination for sports, food, drinks and community.
