
Beans & Brews Coffee House got its start as a neighborhood roastery in Salt Lake City in 1993. Since then, the chain expanded through Utah and into Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Colorado. Its newest location is in Colorado Springs near Powers and Carefree, and the coffeehouse is hosting its grand opening on Saturday, March 7.
The first 50 people in the door will get a free drink coupon to use that day or to come back later. Games will be going on throughout the day, including Plinko for prizes from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A ribbon cutting will happen at 9 a.m.
Best sellers on the Beans & Brews menu include the iced Mr. B’s and Caramel Cielo. It’s cold brew drinks, such as the Creme Brulee CB and Hazelnut Mocha CB, are made with cold brew specific beans. Of course, there are also classic espresso, Americano and lattes, as well as energy drinks, teas and lemonades for the non-coffee crowd.
