After nearly three years since their start, creators Gabby and Ryan Main are soon taking their Happy Hour Donuts to a brick-and-mortar storefront. The pair launched their homemade boozy donuts from their apartment in 2020 and began selling their gourmet goods at pop-up events and farmers markets and catering events like weddings. The Mains plan to continue attending events and catering but will now have a storefront for visitors looking for a tasty treat more often.
The donut shop, which will open in Delmonico Square in Northwest Colorado Springs, will feature year-round favorite flavors, including Bourbon Apple Fritter, Maple Bourbon Cinnamon Roll, Champagne, Coffee Cake, Spiked Churro, S’mores, Butterbeer and more. The couple will also sell various non-alcoholic options, like Vanilla, Maple, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate and Cookies and Cream.
