Happy Pasta Eats, the popular food truck known for its homemade pasta dishes and sauces, is turning off its engine and opening a brick-and-mortar location at 1536 S. Nevada Avenue, between downtown and Ivywild.
Guests at the new Happy Pasta Eats restaurant can enjoy a variety of pasta dishes with the option to build their own pasta or choose from fan favorites like Penne Chipotle Alfredo and Bacon, Meat Lasagna, and Chicken Parmesan. In addition to these signature dishes, the menu will feature a selection of small bites, including fries, mozzarella sticks, meatball sliders and garlic rolls.
The Happy Pasta Eats team has been hard at work renovating their new space in the hopes of opening in early July. Follow along on their social media for updates on their progress.
