Louie Louie’s Piano Bar

New downtown piano bar adds raucous, musical, late-night entertainment to the nightlife scene.

Downtown Colorado Springs is getting a lot more raucous thanks to the late May opening of Louie Louie’s Piano Bar. The dueling piano bar is co-owned by musicians Ron Wilson and Joey Hamende, and their piano players are more than simple musicians. Everyone plays multiple instruments, and their job is to excel at the ridiculous in the name of unmatched entertainment and fun. Think comedy meets cross-genre live music, plus full crowd participation.

“The Springs has been a favorite destination of ours for many years; we think it is not only breathtakingly beautiful but has a great culture and people,” Wilson says. “We are excited to bring live music and entertainment for the enjoyment of both visitors and citizens of Colorado Springs and think this will be a wonderful addition to the overall quality of life. A top-notch nightlife and entertainment venue is something we believe Colorado Springs will love, and we think we’re just the people to bring it!”

Louie Louie’s will bring a new option for birthday parties, bachelorette parties or just a night out. Just bring your musical requests, whether you’re a fan of country, rock or hip hop, and sing your heart out along with the rest of the crowd. You can also book private parties.

Cocktails will be served in 54-ounce bowls to share. The menu includes mules, Louie’s Faves and shots.

Louie Louie’s adds a new style of entertainment to the Colorado Springs nightlife scene. The piano bar will be open Wednesday through Saturday with shows starting at 7:30 p.m. and going until 2 a.m. Additionally, they’ll be booking private parties.
