Mochi Thai’m has built a cult following fueled by fans who crave chewy donuts and creative flavors. The gluten-free dessert shop will open its third Colorado Springs location in October 2025. The newest spot in Southgate will join existing shops at 721 N. Academy Boulevard and 1826 Democracy Point.
The concept struck a chord from the start with a fully gluten-free menu built on rice and tapioca flours and mochi doughnuts fried to order for that uniquely chewy, crisp bite. Customers have also embraced the brand’s creativity — from seasonal flavors such as the cozy, spiced Apple Crumble Caramel topped with caramel and crumble to the bright, citrusy Lemon Honey Butter.
