New Day Cafe has expanded to a second location on the north side of Colorado Springs. The Luna family opened the flagship location in 2013 in Rockrimmon, off Delmonico Drive near Mateo’s Day Spa. The new location at Voyager Parkway and North Gate Boulevard was previously occupied by Decadent coffee and dessert bar.
With an established fanbase on the city’s Westside, New Day Cafe’s new location will allow the growing Northgate community to experience the same expansive breakfast and lunch menus that feature omelets, skillets and sweet confections. There’s a wide range of options to choose from, with breakfast served all day. The Strawberry Cheesecake Belgian Waffle is a standout, with its crispy waffle layered with sweet cream cheese, strawberry sauce, fresh fruit and powdered sugar.
Lunch options include wraps, sandwiches, burgers, soups and salads. Healthy and gluten-free options are plentiful as well.
The new Northgate Plaza location will offer a private room for meetings or parties. Like its sister location, the Northgate New Day Cafe will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
