The bakery is helmed by the talented duo of Brandon DelGrosso and Trista Heileman, the owner of Switchbacks Coffee Roasters and the head baker of Switchbacks’ Hillside location.
As the first and only milled-on-site, full-service bakery in the area, guests can expect delicious artisan breads and beautiful pastries baked daily with fresh, local ingredients. Some baked goods, including sourdough bread, baguettes and croissants. They also have a rotating selection of seasonal treats, so there’s always something new and exciting to try.
If you’re looking for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go, Provision also offers a selection of sandwiches made with their fresh bread. And if you’re in need of a caffeine fix, they serve Switchbacks Coffee Roasters’ coffee and espresso drinks.
Provision Break & Bakery is open Thursday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. or until sold out.
