Sapo Guapo Tacos, a popular family-owned food truck known for its colorful truck and fresh Mexican meets Korean cuisine, has expanded its offerings to include a pop-up restaurant and michelada bar in Downtown Colorado Springs.
The new pop-up is located inside Susanna’s Comfort Cuisine on N. Nevada Avenue and is open weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The restaurant and michelada bar offer diners a chance to experience the vibrant flavors of Sapo Guapo Tacos’ menu in a cozy brick-and-mortar setting. The food truck has been serving Colorado Springs diners since 2016.
