Taste of Ethiopia is a new restaurant near the Citadel Mall that showcases the vibrant flavors and cultural richness of Ethiopia.
Boasting chic decor, the new restaurant opened in December 2023. With spices sourced from Ethiopia and fresh ingredients, every dish tells a story of tradition, flavor and community. The owners have expressed a desire to share Ethiopian culture and support communities both in Colorado Springs and Ethiopia.
The menu features a range of traditional Ethiopian meat dishes with chicken, beef, lamb and fish, as well as vegan entrees.
