Owner Joshua Martinez’s ambitious renovation project at The Peppertree Restaurant is set to elevate this iconic local restaurant. The Peppertree has been a respected staple in the Colorado Springs fine dining scene for many years, known for its tableside preparation, excellent service and city views.
While the specific details of the renovation are yet to be unveiled, anticipation is high. Martinez originally announced that the renovation would take place in January, but social media posts have announced the renovations have been pushed to late February.
