The popular ethical fashion boutique returns with a holiday pop-up before building out a permanent gallery in spring 2025.
The popular ethical fashion boutique Yobel will return to downtown Colorado Springs after two devastating fires disrupted the small businesses owned by Emily and Clay Ross. The first fire in December 2023 at the Majestic Building on Bijou Street forced Yobel’s closure, while the second in October 2024 at the Saks Building on Tejon Street affected several businesses, including upstairs units where Clay had moved his art studio.
Yobel will debut at 517 S. Cascade Avenue, Suite E, as part of the Downtown Partnership’s Holiday Pop-Up Program on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30. The space, tucked into a cozy brick-lined alley behind COATI Uprise, will feature their curated collection of fair trade and sustainable accessories alongside Clay’s recent artwork as part of The Look Up Gallery. The couple plans to make the location permanent in spring 2025 adding more retail space and expanding the gallery. Visit them this holiday season and stay tuned for next year.
