Oh Valentine’s Day, is there a holiday more loved and hated at the same time? Or one that has spawned more spinoff celebrations? Whatever your relationship status or views on commercialization, the fact is that the calendar is full of special events and dinners where you can celebrate Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day or Palentine’s Day. San Valentino d’Oro – A Romantic Feast
Slow down and savor together with San Valentino d’Oro. The golden restaurant at the Mining Exchange Hotel is serving an intimate Valentine’s Day dining experience designed entirely for sharing. The five-course Italian dinner includes a Prosecco Rosé toast, shared antipasti, a pasta course for the table, two entrées to share, seasonal sides and individual desserts. This one is served on Valentine’s Day only, and it’s priced at $199 per couple. Reservations can be made via OpenTable. Date Night at Stellina
Don’t want to deal with busy reservations on actual Valentine’s Day? Or things are progressing and you can’t see them enough? Stellina Pizza Cafe is celebrating love all February long with its Date Night prix fixe special dinner. The four-course meal is made to share through salad, appetizer, entree and dessert options for $65 per couple. No reservations are necessary, so pop in to the cute and cozy Shooks Run eatery.

Love & Fishes at Jax
Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in serving a special Love & Fishes menu on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, for $90 per person. It’s a four-course prix fixe feast featuring dishes like Caviar-topped Blinis, Squid Ink Bucatini with Scallops, Whole Colorado Striped Bass for two, Chocolate Budino and more. Recommended wines selected by the sommelier will be available for pairing, as well as specialty cocktails.
Valentine’s Sweetheart Brunch at ViewHouse
Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with a brunch that’s sweet, indulgent and all-ages friendly. The ViewHouse Valentine’s Sweetheart Brunch Buffet will feature festive flavors, elevated brunch favorites and seasonal Valentine’s specialties. Think red velvet waffles, chocolate-covered strawberries, , strawberry shortcake and more to go along with the seafood towers, meat carving stations and other brunch favorites. Prices are $42.95 for adults, $14.95 for kids and free for kids 5 and under.
Valentine’s or Galentine’s Specials at Ryze Skyline Lounge
Take things up a notch — literally to the rooftop at Ryze — whether it’s your V-Day hot date or elevated Girls Night. The chic and intimate cocktail lounge will be serving specials cocktails like the Moulin Rouge (vodka, strawberry, lemon, rose and gold sugar rim) and the Wild Ones (tequila, pomegranate, lime and honey with a black sugar rim). And limited-time sharable bites will include burrata with fresh strawberries and a balsamic reduction and a poke bowl with ahi tuna, sticky rice, avocado, sweet soy, wasabi aioli and furikake frites. Get them Friday, Feb. 13, for Galentine’s Day and Saturday, Feb. 14, for Valentine’s.

Galentine’s Day at Vine and Wheel
Gather your besties for an evening of shared plates, craft martinis, sweet bites and a few playful extras at Vine and Wheel. Charcuterie and dessert boards (and more) are on the menu. You can make your own friendship bracelets and enjoy photo ops to capture the celebration of friendship and make memories together. Book your resos for Feb. 11 or 12 — Feb. 10 is already sold out.
Galentine’s Day Girl Dinner at Golden Hour
In celebration of Galentine’s Day, Golden Hour is offering a special Girl Dinner menu on Friday, Feb. 13. The menu features a little gem wedge salad, a choice of dirty martini or espresso martini, and an order of fries. It’s an easy, girls night–approved way to celebrate. Plus live music 4-7 p.m. by Boomtown.
Bonus: from Feb. 8 to 14, there’s a special Lovers vs. Haters cocktail menu inspired by the love-hate relationship many people have with Valentine’s Day.
