Located in a century-old building on West Colorado Boulevard, the Parlor offers a new events space and educational center for wine and spirits.
Owners Michaela Hightower and Casey Helm hold advanced sommelier and cicerone credentials. Their Parlor provides a headquarters for the company’s elevated event bartending service and events like the monthly Curious Palate, a “wine and spirits tasting edutainment experience.”
The Parlor also offers full-service bartending for private events, mobile bar rentals, tasting sessions, and instructional classes. Current programming includes period-themed cocktail workshops and wine tastings with food pairings.
