Gaia Masala brings a new fusion of global Indian and Mediterranean flavors with American fast food favorites. And the downtown eatery caters to Colorado Springs night owls with daily hours from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m.

The Tikka Masala Burger epitomizes this blend, marrying Indian spices with the all-American hamburger. Spice levels are customizable, catering to both timid and daring palates. The menu also features a diverse blend of pizzas, calzones, cheesesteaks, masala and Indian dishes, gyros, shawarmas, burgers and more. All meats are halal.

Gaia Masala has other locations in Fort Collins and Denver. Now, owners Hira Kunwar and Nandalal Neupane aim to satisfy the Springs’ late-night diners with its unique options. The newest outpost is located in the former Marco’s Pizza.
