Good music, good beer and good friends are always a perfect pairing. And for the last few years, Goat Patch Brewing Company has collaborated with Rocky Mountain Highway Music Collaborative to brew the official festival beer. The pair announced — and poured — this year’s 2026 MeadowGrass Music Festival beer on Feb. 18 at its lineup release party, and this year’s brew is the Goat Patch Elderberry Kettle Sour.

Goat Patch described it this way on their Facebook page: “The fruited kettle sour brings bright tartness balanced with the subtle sweetness of elderberry for an ultra-refreshing winter treat. Light, crisp, and the perfect sip as we count down to another incredible festival season.”

Rocky Mountain Highway has announced that its Beer Festival will be on tap again this year on Friday afternoon, May 22. Festival-goers can enjoy free tastings from local craft breweries, included with a Friday day pass or weekend pass.

But Goat Patch will be pouring its Elderberry Kettle Sour all weekend at the festival. You can get a taste now on tap at all three of Goat Patch’s brewery locations. Here’s to raising a glass at MeadowGrass 2026!
