Inked and Infused

Inked and Infused brings tattoos, tacos and tequila together under one roof in Colorado Springs’ Old North End. For owner Rocky Ross — whose background spans international DJ gigs, breakdancing tours and tattoo artistry — the venture ties together the threads of his creative work.

The concept combines four distinct spaces: a tattoo studio, a taco shop, a Michelada bar and City Sippers, a trail garden and walk-up movie theater that invites guests to linger outdoors. Rather than treating these elements as separate, Inked and Infused stitches them into a single experience, where food, drink and art overlap in unexpected ways.

The location lines the Shooks Run Trail, allowing easy access by bike and foot from the nearby Old North End, Patty Jewett and Bonnyville neighborhoods. Inked and Infused is also near the popular Drive-In Tasty Freeze ice cream shop, adding more dining and entertainment options to the eclectic, historic stretch of retail.

The Ross family isn’t new to starting something from scratch. Rocky’s brothers have carved out their own marks in the Springs. Clay Ross and his wife, Emily, own and operate Yobel Market and the Look Up Gallery, and Casey Ross is founder and co-owner of Axe and the Oak Distilling. Inked and Infused reflects Rocky’s eclectic mix of talents in a spot designed to bring together energy and community.
