Marigold and Go

After transforming the former Walter’s Bistro into Marigold Bistro, the long-time favorite Marigold Cafe & Bakery has launched a new casual cafe in the Creekwalk shopping center.

Last year Marigold Cafe & Bakery bought Walter’s Bistro, a long-time favorite Broadmoor neighborhood favorite restaurant, and refreshed it as Marigold Bistro. Marigold itself has a long and loyal following for its French-based cuisine, and it has been a fixture on our 30 Best Restaurants in Colorado Springs list. Now the locally owned spot has expanded again with a more casual cafe called Marigold and Go.

Located in the Creekwalk shopping center in Ivywild, the new Marigold outpost serves breakfast and lunch, along with coffee drinks and the restaurant’s famous pastries and desserts. The fresh, clean space has the feel of a coffee shop (it was previously Just Love Coffee Cafe). Breakfast sandwiches and pastries anchor the breakfast menu. Lunch offers salads, paninis, croissant sandwiches and various avocado toasts.

The restaurant delivers Marigold’s quality with a quick grab and go format.
