Sweet tooths, rejoice! MB’s Something Sweet is dishing out over-the-top ice cream creations in the Northgate neighborhood. The locally owned shop invites guests to dream up their own frozen masterpiece, with made-to-order treats hand-mixed and rolled out on a frozen slab right in front of you. Each creation is fun to watch and even more fun to eat.
Guests can choose from signature combos like these:
- Koko Caramel Crunch: a blend of vanilla ice cream, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, whipped topping, and caramel drizzle
- Strawberry Serenity: made with fresh strawberries, graham cracker crumbles and a swirl of whipped topping over a vanilla base
- Rollin’ with Grammy: a mix of vanilla ice cream, caramel syrup, Biscoff cookie crumbles, whipped topping and caramel drizzle.
Prefer to get creative? Go with the roll-your-own option and choose any three toppings, including cookie dough, Oreos, pink Himalayan salt, Biscoff cookies, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, Nutella, bananas, strawberries, Reese’s, marshmallows, vanilla wafers or graham crackers. The shop also includes free toppers like chocolate or caramel drizzle, whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry.
The whole family plays a role in the shop, including the kids, who help out behind the scenes and at the counter. It’s all part of a mission to build something meaningful — together and for the community.
