Paris Baguette has expanded its footprint in Colorado with a new location in Colorado Springs. This is its third in the state, and the chain has other locations in the Midwest and Mountain West. Franchise owner Annie Song, who also operates locations in Parker and Aurora, opened the bakery café in January at Victory Ridge, a rapidly growing mixed-use development near InterQuest and Voyager parkways.
Known for its selection of pastries, cakes and breads, Paris Baguette aims to bring a European-style café experience to its customers. The menu features a variety of baked goods, including buttery croissants, flaky pastries and artisan breads. Cakes range from the popular Mixed Berry Soft Cream Cake to the indulgent Chocolate Mousse Salted Caramel Layer Cake.
Beyond pastries, the café serves a selection of savory options including quiches, breakfast sandwiches and croquettes. Paris Baguette also offers a range of hot and iced beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brew and teas. Looking for lunch? Sandwiches, salads and wraps are also available.
