The relocation is official. After nearly a decade of crafting and pouring brews in Fairplay, Colorado, South Park Brewing closed its higher-elevation brewery doors and has officially opened in Colorado Springs.
Despite the change in location, South Park Brewing Co. is staying true to its roots. Guests can expect their favorite beer and food menu that made South Park Brewing a Fairplay favorite, including multiple burgers, a chicken tender basket, chicken sandwich and hints at more to come.
While South Park Brewing Co. is first and foremost a brewery, its new brewpub also serves as the tasting room for its distillery, still operating in Fairplay. So there is a full cocktail menu available as well, with nods to its roots like the South Park Bloody Mary. You can even take home a bottle of their Distill My Heart whiskey, gin or vodka.
The new brewery took over the Smiling Toad brewery space in Old Colorado City and opened its doors this month, June 2024, just north of U.S. Highway 24.
