2. Enjoy the breathtaking views from 14,115 feet after taking the Broadmoor Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway — the highest cog railway in the world — to the summit of Pikes Peak.

47. Go to a game. Colorado Springs’ biggest sports teams are Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (USL soccer), the Rocky Mountain Vibes (Pioneer League baseball), the Air Force Fighting Falcons (NCAA football) and the Colorado College Tigers (NCAA men’s hockey).
