My Cellar Wine Bar, a new addition to Colorado Springs, is now open in Briargate near Dave & Busters. The new business promises “a new kind of wine bar” for gathering with friends in a comfortable space — a homelike setting away from home.
Wine lovers will find a curated selection of global wines, and the bar will provide tasting experiences in a bright space with a nice view of Pikes Peak through a roll-open, glass garage door. A living room space provides lavish velvet and leather seating around coffee tables. And there is an outdoor patio for sunny day seating.
Here, you can sip on worldly wines and munch on charcuterie boards and small bites. My Cellar Wine Bar soft opened in early May. Its Grand Opening weekend is May 17-19.
