The corner of Voyager and Interquest — already a go-to for movie nights and casual dining — will soon welcome Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings, bringing a modern take on traditional Chinese fare to one of Colorado Springs’ fastest-growing areas. This marks the brand’s first Springs location. The small Colorado chain has five existing restaurants along the Front Range in Denver, Boulder and Parker.
Nana’s has built a following for its handcrafted dumplings, bao buns and classic soups. The menu spans savory and sweet, with options like shrimp shumai, pork and vegetable dumplings, BBQ buns, red bean buns, and clay pot herbal chicken broth.
The restaurant blends fast-casual convenience with a focus on fresh ingredients and house-made dishes. The Springs location will follow the same model, offering dine-in, takeout and online ordering.
An official opening date hasn’t been announced, but signage is up and construction is underway. Stay tuned to Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings Instagram page for updates.
