My neighbor Felix, a new Denver-based Pan-Mexican restaurant and bar, is opening its first Colorado Springs location in The Promenade Shops at Briargate.
The restaurant will bring together the cooking of all seven of the culinary regions throughout Mexico with a menu that will feature the likes of mole de Castilla rotisserie chicken, whole red snapper, Pescado Frito Taco, an Aztec bowl, butternut squash empanadas, and house-made goddess hibiscus chips.
In addition to delicious dishes, My Neighbor Felix will have a wide selection of tequila, mezcal, handcrafted signature cocktails, and, of course, margaritas. Plus, the restaurant locally and responsibly sources its ingredients from Colorado farms to support local businesses and Colorado’s economy.
