
Ryze Skyline Lounge, the sexy rooftop spot downtown with prime views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods, has introduced a new winter food and cocktail menu. Bites are still perfect for sharing and crafted with ingredients from local purveyors. Here are some highlights to check out now.
New on the Food Menu
Lobster Sweet Corn Fritters: served with a zesty lemon aioli, these are perfect for dipping.
Wagyu Sliders: Small in size but big in flavor, these sliders are topped with caramelized shallot and smoked white cheddar.
Wild Mushroom Flatbread: Topped with fontina cheese, baby arugula and drizzled in a balsamic reduction.
Juniper-Cured Chicken “Lollipops:” This is the chicken wing elevated, featuring chicken drummettes with roasted sunchoke purèe and black garlic crème fraîche.
Curated Charcuterie Board: The sharable spread includes local cured meats, farmhouse cheeses, seasonal condiments, pickled vegetables and artisan crackers.

New on the Cocktail Menu
The cocktail menu also has been refreshed and now includes classic favorites, like old-fashioneds and cosmopolitans, alongside creative libations such as:
The Lay-Over: This craft bevy stars cinnamon-vanilla vodka, biscotti liqueur, concerto liqueur, Biscoff simple syrup and fresh espresso.
Buddy’s Marg: Built with Blanco tequila, ginger liqueur, lime, rosemary simple syrup and an Italicus float.
