Torchy’s started as a food truck in Austin, Texas, and has branched out as a memorable brand and beloved taco spot with over 100 locations across 14 states. Now that includes two locations in Colorado Springs with the addition of Torchy’s Powers.
Opening at 3015 New Center Point, the chain’s second restaurant in the Springs will feature the signature Torchy’s vibe – a lively atmosphere and a menu that packs a punch. And the east-side location will offer a variety of signature “damn good tacos,” including breakfast tacos, as well as chips and dip and sides like street corn, rice and beans. The drink menu features a full range of margaritas, cocktails such as a paloma and house-recipe sangria, plus non-alcoholic beverages to sip on.
Grand Opening day is scheduled for Jan. 24, 2024, and the first 100 guests will get free queso and a Damn Good T-shirt.
