What's Next COSRoots Cafe

Roots Cafe

What started as a food truck, Roots Cafe has now grown into a brick-and-mortar restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs, offering a unique Hawaiian dining experience for locals and visitors alike.

The cozy ambiance is inviting with island-inspired artwork decorating the walls and indoor and outdoor seating. Much like the environment, Roots Cafe serves up a variety of homey Hawaiian dishes that transport you to an island in the sun.

Dishes include spam and eggs, kalua pig, keiki plates and teriyaki tofu. Plus, Roots Cafe has a few Hawaiian-inspired desserts to choose from to polish off your meal, such as a banana cup and butter mochi.

Say aloha to the new location at 330 Colorado Avenue.
