The flavors of Brazil will soon arrive as Texas de Brazil prepares to open its doors at Polaris Pointe in north Colorado Springs. It will be Brazilian restaurant’s second location in Colorado.
The upscale Brazilian steakhouse features an all-you-can-eat format with a 50-item salad bar and continuous tableside service of fire-roasted meats carved by gauchos, servers dressed in traditional attire who bring skewers directly to each table. Diners use a card system to control the pace of their meal: green to request more and red to pause service.
Come hungry. Diners will enjoy a long-lasting dining experience, meaning you pay one price and can have as many servings as you’d like. The menu includes various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage that include filet mignon, lamb chops, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, and the house specialty, the picanha, or top part of the top sirloin.
Beyond the grilled meats, Texas de Brazil offers a chef-crafted salad area featuring vegetables, salmon, imported cheeses and dried meats, plus hot items including rice and beans, Brazilian cheese bread and sweet fried bananas.
Texas de Brazil happy hour specials typically are available Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., featuring $4 domestic beers, $6 caipirinhas and house cocktails, $7 house wines and $8 house martinis.
First-time visitors can join the restaurant’s eClub to receive $20 off dinner for two, plus birthday and anniversary gifts throughout the year.
